The ALL NEW Weight Loss Marathon is here!
So, what’s it all about and what’s the end goal?
10 days at a time, we will be running ‘laps’ (games) – The game is called Marathon, but don’t worry, you don’t have to run one!
In the ‘laps’ you will be part of a team of 9, There is lots of teams made up on each lap & your team will be made up of essentially complete strangers, but you’ll be part of a mini community of 9 people, with the aim of losing weight and helping your team WIN!
Each day you will record your weight by sending it into the app, your loss is then worked out and there is daily leaders of the ‘lap’ sent out to your team, with the aim of the game being to lose the most combined overall weight after 10 days.
Also each day, your team captain will share nutrition & lifestyle tips to help you achieve your goals long term, as well as daily workouts which will be caried and manageable for ALL levels.
The team Captain will recognize all players progress everyday and highlighting the leader of the day (player who loses the most weight in the day) and the lap leader (player who is leading overall)
At the end of the 10 Day day, the whole team celebrate with special recognition going to the player with the highest % of weight lost, and the player with the most weight loss
After the first ‘lap’ – we will take a few days break, before beginning the next lap. The idea is to keep continually completing “laps” until YOU reach your goal weight.
